This week was absolutely crazy--insane, even. Allow me to elaborate.
As I mentioned in a previous post, I took the ACT on April 9. It was a very unique testing experience because I was able to take the test online for the first time ever; the only downside of the new technology was learning that my scores won't be available until June (yikes). Then I plunged headfirst into a new week of school, during which homework was even more rampant than usual.
To top everything off, I had a very important interview at the end of the week for a position as one of my school's Ambassadors--for lack of a better explanation, the Ambassadors are the student representatives for my high school, therefore making the application and interview process very competitive. I'm ecstatic to say that I was selected as a new member, and I cannot wait to share more about my leadership experiences with you. For now, I'm just glad that I can relax!
Now, on to some of my favorite links from the past week:
Julia Hengel is celebrating the fifth anniversary of her huge fashion blog, Gal Meets Glam--her post is not only inspiring but remarkable as well.
Really wishing I was reading this book right now...
Ever wondered what would happen if everyday life was more like life in Singin' In The Rain? This article gives the answer.
The perfect embroidered dress (featuring lovely whites and navy)
It sounds like the past week was a hectic one for people everywhere. Thankfully the weekend is here, so it's time to "breathe, trust, and let go."
How was your week?
Love,
Tori
