Miracle of all miracles, the temperatures here in the South have actually dropped into the "cool" range. Even more miraculous, it has ceased being 80 degrees outside at 8 AM: a staunch improvement!
Sweaters have always been one of my favorite pieces of winter clothing because of their versatility. It's very easy to make a sweater just as casual or as formal as you'd like depending on what you pair it with, and there really is no limit as to how many ways you can style one. To celebrate this onset of winter weather, I've rounded up a few of my favorite sweaters to share with you. Feel free to wrap up in a large blanket and drink a steaming mug of hot chocolate while browsing.
Cable Knit Sweater -- Navy Fair Isle Sweater -- Striped Funnel Neck Sweater
-- Charcoal Mock Neck Sweater -- V-Neck Sweater -- Bow Tie Neck Sweater
Granted, the mere thought of patterned sweaters and turtlenecks would have made me cringe just a few years ago, but now that they've gained popularity, I find them pretty appealing. Plus, what isn't to love about a cozy cable knit or a striped number?
